Le couple propriétaire de cet appartement a demandé à l'architecte d'intérieur Lesya Pechenkina fondatrice du bureau Simple Interiors de lui créer son intérieur de rêve. Appartenant au monde du spectacle, ces artistes propriétaires sont de grands voyageurs sur tous les continents de la planète. Ils vivent ici avec leurs deux filles, dans ce logement de 188m2 au style moderne et neutre, très lumineux. Cet appartement contemporain pour des artistes devait être fonctionnel, facile à vivre pour une famille de quatre personnes.
La demande principale était de créer d'avoir trois chambres, des salles de bains, un bureau et un espace commun spacieux afin de se retrouver en famille et de recevoir les amis. L'espace d'origine étant totalement ouvert, il a été décidé tout d'abord de revoir le plan, en ajoutant des cloisons. Une attention particulière a été portée sur la luminosité des lieux. Chaque pièce est largement éclairée naturellement par les grandes fenêtres. Dans cette ancienne surface entièrement ouverte, l'architecte d'intérieur a réalisé un endroit familial, un appartement contemporain pour des artistes bien ancrés dans leur temps, qui est un véritable refuge pour tous, en dehors du temps des voyages. The couple who own this flat asked interior designer Lesya Pechenkina from Simple Interiors to create their dream interior. Part of the entertainment world, these artist-owners are frequent travellers to every continent on the planet. They live here with their two daughters, in this 188m2 flat with a modern, neutral style and plenty of natural light. This flat for artists had to be functional and easy to live in for a family of four.
The main request was to create three bedrooms, bathrooms, an office and a spacious communal area for family get-togethers and entertaining friends. As the original space was completely open-plan, it was first decided to revise the layout, adding partitions. Particular attention was paid to the brightness of the space. Each room receives plenty of natural light from the large windows. In this former open-plan space, the interior designer has created a family place, a contemporary flat for artists firmly rooted in their time, which is a real refuge for everyone, away from the hustle and bustle of travel.
