The flat has a surface area of 300m2 and, in addition to its terrace, has a patio created by bringing together the two former dwellings.
By eliminating the corridors, the square metres could be fully utilised. The flat now has a south-facing living room, and the owners have opted for a decor that uses natural materials throughout. Colour is provided by elements such as textiles, allowing the neutral base to evolve easily according to the changing tastes of the occupants.
