C'est le studio de design The Room Studio qui s'est occupé du projet et lui a donné une nouvelle personnalité. L'appartement a une surface de 300m2 et possède en plus de sa terrasse, un patio créé par la réunion des deux anciens logements.
En éliminant les couloirs, les mètres carrés ont pu être pleinement utilisés. L'appartement possède désormais une pièce de vie orientée au sud, et les propriétaires ont opté pour une décoration utilisant des matériaux naturels dans toutes les pièces. La couleur est apportée par des éléments comme les textiles, permettant à la base neutre d'évoluer facilement selon les goûts changeants des occupants. Design studio The Room Studio took charge of the project, giving it a new personality. The flat has a surface area of 300m2 and, in addition to its terrace, has a patio created by bringing together the two former dwellings.
By eliminating the corridors, the square metres could be fully utilised. The flat now has a south-facing living room, and the owners have opted for a decor that uses natural materials throughout. Colour is provided by elements such as textiles, allowing the neutral base to evolve easily according to the changing tastes of the occupants.
