Même si le jardin de cette maison jumelée près de Barcelone n'est pas immense, il n'en est pas moins parfaitement bien exploité, avec une terrasse en faux gazon, une bonne idée sous le soleil de l'Espagne, et une piscine agréable. Sa décoration contemporaine a été réalisée par le studio de design Laura Martinez Interiorista, qui a exploité au mieux les volumes ouverts en installant une grande cuisine ouverte et conviviale juste à côté du salon.
La maison a une surface de 200m2 sur trois niveaux, et sa terrasse fait une centaine de mètres carrés. Pour améliorer le quotidien de ses propriétaires, la distribution de l'espace donnant sur l'extérieur a été améliorée, et les cloisons inutiles supprimées. La maison est ainsi plus lumineuse et plus agréable à vivre depuis ces travaux d'embellissement et de réagencement. La décoration est cohérente dans tous les espaces, contemporaine à base de tons neutres et de bois, et rend l'atmosphère de cette maison jumelée près de Barcelone, moderne et agréable. Although the garden of this terraced house near Barcelona is not huge, it is nonetheless perfectly exploited, with a faux grass terrace - a good idea in the Spanish sunshine - and a pleasant swimming pool. The contemporary decor was created by the Laura Martinez Interiorista design studio, which made the most of the open-plan layout by installing a large, open-plan kitchen right next to the living room.
The house spans 200m2 on three levels, with a terrace measuring around one hundred square metres. To improve the daily life of its owners, the distribution of the space overlooking the outside has been improved, and unnecessary partitions removed. As a result, the house is brighter and more pleasant to live in since the refurbishment and rearrangement.
