La maison au style mid-century de Bobby Berk à Hollywood Hills
Le designer et ancien responsable de l'agence d'intérieur Queer Eye, Bobby Berk, n'a plus besoin d'être présenté. C'est à Hollywood Hills (Los Angeles) qu'il a posé ses valises il y a quelques années dans une maison d'environ 300m2 rénovée selon ses goûts. Sa maison au style mid-century est un exemple de décoration intemporelle très inspirante. C'est une maison relativement récente, construite en 1979, où le designer a désiré vivre, et a également installé son siège social.
Il y a donc réalisé quelques travaux de rénovation pendant les trois années après son achat, même si la base était saine. On y retrouve bien entendu le style du designer, chaleureux et accueillant pour tous. Les portes cintrées, les plafonds en bois, contrastent en beauté avec les murs clairs. La cuisine en particulier est une magnifique pièce, où Bobby a associé les meubles noirs avec le marbre et des accents en laiton. Tout respire le confort et l'élégance à chaque photo.
