Jusqu'à l'arrivée de l'architecte Paula Varone, cette vieille maison rénovée en Argentine était dans un état avancé de décrépitude. La distribution ne convenait pas, les pièces étaient sombres et fermées, en un mot, elle appartenait à une autre époque. Mais elle recélait un véritable potentiel qu'a pu deviner sa nouvelle propriétaire, l'architecte qui recherchait un nouveau lieu de vie pour elle et pour son fils. Dont un emplacement idéal pour sa famille, et c'était un point sur lequel elle était très exigeante.
La construction d'origine était de qualité, et on y trouvait encore de beaux matériaux comme les planchers de pin ancien, et des volumes atypiques à exploiter. Lorsqu'elle a découvert les briques anciennes lors des travaux dans la maison, elle a décidé de les peindre en blanc pour apporter plus de lumière. Until the arrival of architect Paula Varone, this old house renovated in Argentina was in an advanced state of decay. The layout was unsuitable, the rooms were dark and closed, in short, it belonged to another era. But it had real potential, which the new owner, an architect who was looking for a new place to live for herself and her son, was able to see. This included an ideal location for her family, a point on which she was very demanding.
The original construction was of high quality, and still beautiful materials such as old pine floors, and atypical volumes to exploit. When she discovered the old bricks during work on the house, she decided to paint them white to bring in more light.
