This 73m2 holiday home is located on the large Swedish island of Gotland, overlooking the Baltic Sea. It's a geometrically-designed, single-storey house, with a fairly average floor area, but big enough for a place where you don't live all year round, but where you spend the best holidays looking at the sea, or swimming in the pool. The house is located in a quiet, secluded spot with unspoilt nature surrounding it.

The house is comfortable and pleasant all year round, and its Scandinavian decor is simple and elegant. The kitchen and dining room are bathed in light from dual aspect windows. From the dining room and kitchen, the house opens onto the large, spacious double-height living room. Here, outside and inside meet, with the wide windows offering lovely sea views.
