Cet appartement moderne de 124m2 rénové par l'architecte d'intérieur Katya Begicheva a été décoré dans des tons de gris et dans un style design. Il se trouve dans un immeuble du début du 20e siècle, de style Art Nouveau. Son propriétaire est un jeune homme actif, qui apprécie de vivre en centre-ville et de pouvoir tout faire à pied grâce aux commodité urbaines. Il a donc confié à l'architecte d'intérieur la décoration des lieux, qui n'était à l'époque qu'un plateau de béton brut vide, après les premiers travaux de transformation. Connaissant le client depuis des années, elle a cherché à concevoir un intérieur qui reflète la personnalité dynamique et visionnaire du jeune homme. Elle a conçu l'agencement pour répondre à la fois aux besoins d'une vie en solo et à ceux d'une future famille. This modern 124m2 flat, renovated by interior designer Katya Begicheva, has been decorated in shades of grey and in a design style. It is located in an early 20th-century Art Nouveau building. Its owner is a young, active man who enjoys living in the city centre and being able to do everything on foot thanks to urban amenities. He wanted an interior that was easy to live in, elegant and fitted with contemporary technical equipment.
So he entrusted the interior architect with the task of decorating the premises, which at the time were nothing more than an empty raw concrete floor after the initial conversion work. Having known the client for years, she sought to design an interior that reflected his dynamic, visionary personality. She designed the layout to meet both the needs of a solo life and those of a future family.
