Le designer suédois Andreas Samuelsson est le propriétaire actuel de  ce trois-pièces,  un appartement de 60m2 décoré et rénové par ses soins à Göteborg dans un immeuble datant de 1915.  Dans un joli quartier de la ville, à Majorna, en collaboration avec l'architecte Per Nadén, il a créé ici une décoration unique, colorée et pleine de détails intéressants et de mobilier sur mesure comme le système d'étagères dans le salon. Il est en en épicéa massif scié au laser avec des étagères mobiles et optimisé pour se fondre dans le mur du sol au plafond.

Le système d'étagères comprend deux plaques de verre trempé et un banc amovible intégré pour un téléviseur. Les portes coulissantes qui ferment les chambres sont également conçues par le designer, à partir d'épicéa et de coton.  La salle de bain a été rénovée dans le cadre d'un projet couleur/matériau afin de créer une harmonie en laissant différents matériaux, lumière et couleur se réunir de la manière la plus simple possible. L'un des plus grands magazines de design de Scandinavie, « Nytt rom », à Oslo, a réalisé en 2024 un reportage de 16 pages sur l'appartement et le travail d'Andreas, ainsi que ses réflexions sur le design.

A 60m2 flat decorated and renovated by a designer

Swedish designer Andreas Samuelsson is the current owner of this two-bedroom, 60m2 flat in Gothenburg, which he has decorated and renovated in a building dating from 1915. Located in Majorna, a pretty part of the city, in collaboration with architect Per Nadén, he has created a unique, colourful interior full of interesting details and custom-made furniture, such as the shelving system in the living room. It's made from laser-sawn solid spruce with mobile shelves and optimised to blend into the wall from floor to ceiling.

The shelving system includes two tempered glass panels and a removable built-in bench for a television. The sliding doors that close off the bedrooms are also conceived by the designer, using spruce and cotton. The bathroom was renovated as part of a colour/material project to create harmony by letting different materials, light and colour come together in the simplest way possible. In 2024, one of Scandinavia's leading design magazines, ‘Nytt rom’ in Oslo, produced a 16-page report on the flat and Andreas's work, as well as his thoughts on design.
