Il propose 145 chambres réparties en 11 catégories, incluant deux suites signature : la Suite Bégonia (cet appartement en duplex de 41m2 ) et la Suite Roseraie. Son espace restauration, Bibie, comprendra une cour intérieure végétalisée, un restaurant niché sous un atrium, un bar à cocktails avec terrasse, ainsi qu’un coffee shop et un espace de coworking.
Associant une ancienne usine industrielle du 20e siècle et une résidence parisienne du 18e siècle, et conçu par le studio de design Fettle, basé à Londres et Los Angeles, l'établissement met en avant la connexion avec la nature, grâce à une abondance de végétation intérieure et à l’exploitation maximale de la lumière naturelle offerte par l’atrium. Une inspiration que nous retrouvons ici, avec une décoration en teintes vertes, du mobilier coloré et des touches de terracotta. In the heart of the capital, in the 5th arrondissement, in the famous Latin Quarter, close to the Pantheon, the Jardin des Plantes and the Sorbonne University, we discover this 41m2 one-bedroom in Paris, part of the new establishment opened by Locke: the Jardin de Verre. It offers 145 rooms in 11 categories, including two signature suites: the Suite Bégonia (a 41m2 duplex flat) and the Suite Roseraie. Its restaurant area, Bibie, will include a plant-filled inner courtyard, a restaurant nestling under an atrium, a cocktail bar with terrace, as well as a coffee shop and coworking space.
Combining a former 20th-century industrial factory and an 18th-century Parisian residence, and designed by London and Los Angeles-based design studio Fettle, the establishment emphasises the connection with nature, thanks to an abundance of interior vegetation and maximum use of the natural light offered by the atrium. We find the same inspiration here, with a decor in shades of green, colourful furniture and touches of terracotta.
