Ses murs aux tons d'argile sont associés au sol en chêne, à l'acier anthracite et au marbre fin d'Arabescato. Housed in a beautiful building constructed in London in the early 1900s by architects as a warehouse for The United Yeast Company, this 116m2 loft flat is the result of a successful renovation that pays homage to the building's industrial past. Its clay-toned walls are combined with oak flooring, anthracite steel and fine Arabescato marble. The green plants add a soothing atmosphere and a touch of nature to the centre of the British capital.

We particularly admire the row of antique windows that make it so light and airy. The open-plan living area is divided into three zones. There is a lounge area at one end and a dining room towards the other, with an open-plan kitchen to complete the picture. The latter's furniture, made from folded aluminium and oak, comes from Reform's Danish designers. Priority has been given to the reception areas, with contemporary decor and timeless lines. Although it has a generous surface area, this flat has just one bedroom, set in a quiet room at the back.
