Conçue par Anna Gromova, architecte d'intérieur et fondatrice de Gromova buro , la décoration de cet appartement de 75m2 original inspirée par les couleurs de la Baltique, lui donne un style contemporain unique. Habité par une mère et son fils adolescent, il avait déjà été rénové il y a quelques années, mais son intérieur était devenu vieillot. Il nécessitait non seulement une nouvelle décoration mais également des améliorations fonctionnelles et modernes. Les occupants souhaitaient un espace modernisé et rénové, pratique et confortable, privilégiant non seulement un plan plus logique pour la séparation des espaces intimes et ceux de réception, mais désiraient également une cuisine plus grande, et une seconde salle de bain.
La propriétaire étant une femme d'affaire très active dans la journée, souhaitait faire de ce lieu, celui d'une déconnexion de ses activités professionnelles, aussi l'éventualité de l'installation d'un bureau dans l'appartement a été écartée. Le nouvel aménagement est ergonomique et bien pensé afin de satisfaire toutes les demandes. Les deux espaces privés sont séparés de la cuisine et du salon, offrant ainsi une sensation d'intimité. Le projet de la rénovation de cet appartement de 75m2 original porte le nom de « Baltic in the Details », et reflète l'esprit qui a été voulu ici, évoquant la beauté paisible des paysages côtiers, inspirée par le lieu préféré de la cliente. La palette reflète la nature côtière du nord : le gris comme la brume matinale, le bleu doux comme les vagues et le vert émeraude comme les forêts de pins. Designed by Anna Gromova, interior designer and founder of Gromova buro , the decoration of this original 75m2 flat was inspired by the colours of the Baltic, and gives it a unique contemporary style. Home to a mother and her teenage son, it had already been renovated a few years ago, but its interior had become dated. It was in need not only of redecoration but also of modern, functional improvements. The occupants wanted a modernised and refurbished space that was practical and comfortable, with a more logical plan for separating intimate and reception areas, a larger kitchen and a second bathroom.
As the owner is a very active businesswoman during the day, the owner wanted to use this space as a break from her professional activities, so the possibility of installing an office in the flat was ruled out. The new layout is ergonomic and well thought out, to satisfy every need. The two private areas are separated from the kitchen and living room, offering a sense of privacy. The renovation project for this original 75m2 flat is called ‘Baltic in the Details’, and reflects the spirit that was intended here, evoking the peaceful beauty of coastal landscapes, inspired by the client's favourite place.
