Vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée pour un cabanon de 46m2
Il est souvent préférable de faire appel à des professionnels pour rénover une maison pleine d'un potentiel inexploité. Mais choisir le bon architecte n'est pas toujours chose facile. C'est pourquoi un couple devenu propriétaire d'une cabanon nichée sur le littoral de Carqueiranne, tout près de Bandol, avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, s'est adressé à Archibien, pour trouver l'architecte qui saurait mettre en valeur leur maison de rêve au bord de la mer. Il s'agissait ici de réaliser un lieu qui correspondrait à leur façon de vivre, mais également qui leur donnerait l'occasion d'en profiter aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
Cette construction traditionnelle ne devait pas être dénaturée, et était soumise à de nombreuses contraintes techniques et réglementaires à prendre en compte pour cette rénovation. Ce refuge familial nécessitait des travaux mais devait également respecter un budget limité et des règles d’urbanisme strictes, notamment celles de la loi Littoral. Grâce à Archibien, trois agences d’architecture ont été sollicitées pour concevoir une transformation complète de cette maison. La petite maison est aujourd’hui habitable, et ce, dans de bonnes conditions. Pour autant, sa surface habitable reste limitée : à peine 46 m2. That's why a couple who own a cottage nestling on the coast of Carqueiranne, near Bandol, with an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean, turned to Archibien to find the architect who could enhance their dream house by the sea. The aim was to create a home that suited their lifestyle, but also gave them the opportunity to enjoy it both inside and out.
This traditional building was not to be altered in any way, and was subject to a number of technical and regulatory constraints that had to be taken into account during the renovation. This family retreat not only needed work, but also had to comply with a limited budget and strict town planning regulations, in particular those of the Littoral law. Thanks to Archibien, three architectural agencies were asked to design a complete transformation of the house. The small house is now suitable for habitation. However, its living space remains limited: just 46 m2.
