La petite maison est disposée en L et est complétée par une large terrasse qui rend l'impression d'espace bien plus importante qu'elle ne l'est réellement. Pour la déplacer, il est nécessaire de séparer les deux tinys qui la composent et de les tracter chacune sur leur remorque.
