Le modèle le plus récent de l'entreprise Unplgd Tiny Homes, baptisé Bowerbird, est une tiny house double qui a été conçue à partir de deux éléments déjà disponibles sur le site du fabricant, qui ont été associés pour créer un modèle plus grand. La petite maison est disposée en L et est complétée par une large terrasse qui rend l'impression d'espace bien plus importante qu'elle ne l'est réellement.
