Les pièces de céramique, la terre cuite, les roseaux et le bois composent cette maison à la façade originale en Espagne, conçue par Pastor Y Gonzales Arquitectos en collaboration avec Estudio Numero 26, dans la région de Murcia. MAISON MYM exprime la relation à l'environnement, sa structure, l'importance de chaque partie dans le tout. C'est un exercice d'architecture réussie, qui allie la décoration design à la couleur. L'endroit où elle se trouve est fait d'un environnement qui mêle les maisons traditionnelles aux nouvelles constructions.L' inspiration qui a mené à sa conception est tirée du folklore et de la culture populaire, chaque carreau étant semblable à un point de broderie. Les motifs qu'ils créent sont typiques des vêtements régionaux.
La maison est de plain-pied, en relation avec son jardin, un terrain de forme allongée où une piscine a été installée. Elle est constituée de trois boîtes aux volumes rougeâtres qui se succèdent, tous tournés vers les montagnes et les vergers voisins. À l'intérieur du plus grand volume, se trouve l'espace de vie. Au centre, le deuxième volume abrite deux chambres, une salle de bain et la buanderie, tandis que le premier volume abrite une troisième chambre, une salle de bain et un atelier. Ceramic pieces, terracotta, reeds and wood make up this house with an original façade in Spain, designed by Pastor Y Gonzales Arquitectos in collaboration with Estudio Numero 26, in the Murcia region. MAISON MYM expresses the relationship with the environment, its structure, the importance of each part in the whole. It is an exercise in successful architecture, combining design and colour. The inspiration for its design comes from folklore and popular culture, with each tile resembling an embroidery stitch. The patterns they create are typical of regional clothing.
The house is on one level, in relation to its garden, an elongated plot where a swimming pool has been installed. It consists of three successive reddish boxes, all facing the mountains and neighbouring orchards. The largest volume houses the living space. In the centre, the second volume houses two bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry room, while the first volume houses a third bedroom, a bathroom and a workshop.
