Offrir un appartement meublé à son enfant, sans savoir lequel y vivra ? C’est le défi qu’a relevé une mère, donnant aux designers de Sdelaem Remont carte blanche pour imaginer un lieu polyvalent et inspirant. Le studio de design basé au Kazakhstan a réussi un exploit, celui de créer un studio de 39m2 à l'intérieur audacieux et créatif où un garçon ou une fille se sentirait bien. L'appartement possède également un balcon filant de 8m où chaque centimètre est exploité avec ingéniosité.

Pensé pour séduire aussi bien le fils que la fille de la propriétaire, l’intérieur mélange audace et fonctionnalité. La cuisine s’enroule autour du coin nuit, créant un cocon intime tout en restant connecté aux espaces de vie. Les rideaux unifient visuellement la pièce et agrandissent l’espace. Il ne faut pas oublier le côté pratique d'un lieu et ici une buanderie accueille linge, valises et objets encombrants. La salle de bain donne directement dans la chambre, qui reçoit la lumière en second jour. Son sol en polymère protège des éclaboussures, tandis qu’un seuil surélevé empêche toute fuite d’eau. A 39m2 studio with a bold and creative interior for a child

Giving your child a furnished flat without knowing who will live there? That was the challenge taken on by one mother, who gave the designers at Sdelaem Remont carte blanche to come up with a versatile and inspiring space. The Kazakhstan-based design studio pulled off a remarkable feat, creating a 39m2 studio with a bold and creative interior where both a boy and a girl would feel at home. The apartment also has an 8m balcony where every inch has been ingeniously utilised.

Designed to appeal to both the owner's son and daughter, the interior combines boldness and functionality. The kitchen wraps around the sleeping area, creating an intimate cocoon while remaining connected to the living spaces. The curtains visually unify the room and enlarge the space. The practical side of a place should not be forgotten, and here a laundry room accommodates linen, suitcases and bulky items. The bathroom opens directly onto the bedroom, which receives light from an interior window. Its polymer floor protects against splashes, while a raised threshold prevents water leakage.
