Un lumineux studio de 39m2 aux couleurs vives dans un immeuble moderne
Dans le quartier contemporain de Minsk-Mir, à Minsk en Biélorussie, la designer Anna Rimsha a imaginé un lumineux studio de 39m2 meublé pour être loué, qui bouscule les codes. Pensé comme une suite d’hôtel pour la locataire, une coach globe-trotteuse, ce petit espace mise sur le confort et l’énergie plutôt que sur les conventions. Pas de canapé ici : un grand lit occupe fièrement la pièce principale, véritable cœur du projet. L’agencement repose sur un principe simple : aucune cloison, afin de préserver une belle fluidité.
La cuisine, compacte mais fonctionnelle, se niche dans un coin, tandis qu’une entrée indépendante – rare dans un gratte-ciel – apporte un sentiment d’intimité. Pour tempérer la transparence de la façade vitrée, de lourds rideaux créent un cocon sur demande. La véritable signature de ce lumineux studio de 39m2, ce sont ses couleurs vibrantes. Les murs en béton brut côtoient des aplats de jaune, d’orange, de vert et de bordeaux, directement inspirés de deux toiles de l’artiste biélorusse Sergei Ashukh, issues de la collection privée du propriétaire. In the contemporary Minsk-Mir neighbourhood of Minsk, Belarus, designer Anna Rimsha has created a bright, 39m2 studio furnished for rent, that breaks with convention. Designed as a hotel suite for the tenant, a globetrotting coach, this small space focuses on comfort and energy rather than conventions. There is no sofa here: a large bed proudly occupies the main room, the true heart of the project. The layout is based on a simple principle: no partitions, in order to preserve a beautiful fluidity.
The compact but functional kitchen is tucked away in a corner, while a separate entrance – rare in a skyscraper – provides a sense of privacy. To temper the transparency of the glass façade, heavy curtains create a cocoon on demand. The real signature of this bright 39m2 studio is its vibrant colours. The raw concrete walls are complemented by blocks of yellow, orange, green and burgundy, directly inspired by two paintings by Belarusian artist Sergei Ashukh from the owner's private collection.
