Ouvrir les espaces et faire entrer la lumière : telle était l’ambition de la rénovation de ce corps de ferme, désormais transformé en une chaleureuse maison familiale. Les artisans de Mon Concept Habitation ont imaginé chaque détail de menuiserie sur mesure, afin de sublimer volumes et rangements. Dès l’entrée, le ton est donné : matières naturelles et teintes douces créent une atmosphère apaisante, tandis qu’un papier-peint panoramique apporte une touche de caractère.
Dans le séjour, l’œil est immédiatement attiré par le majestueux escalier en acier et verre, véritable sculpture contemporaine qui dialogue avec l’incroyable hauteur sous plafond et les grandes baies vitrées ouvertes sur le jardin. La cuisine sur mesure, à la fois conviviale et fonctionnelle, devient le cœur battant de la maison. À l’étage, chaque chambre dispose de penderies toute hauteur pensées pour optimiser l’espace. Dans la suite parentale, un dressing traversant mène à une salle d’eau baignée de lumière, où une double douche invite à la détente. In Villeneuve d'Ascq, on the outskirts of Lille, an old family farmhouse has been given a new lease of life. Designed by the Mon Concept Habitation team, the property combines old-world charm with contemporary comfort. Opening up the spaces and letting in light: that was the aim of the renovation of this farmhouse, now transformed into a warm family home. The craftsmen at Mon Concept Habitation designed every detail of the custom carpentry to enhance the space and storage. The tone is set as soon as you enter: natural materials and soft colours create a soothing atmosphere, while panoramic wallpaper adds a touch of character.
In the living room, the eye is immediately drawn to the majestic steel and glass staircase, a true contemporary sculpture that interacts with the incredible high ceilings and large bay windows opening onto the garden. The custom-made kitchen, both convivial and functional, becomes the beating heart of the house. Upstairs, each bedroom has full-height wardrobes designed to optimise space. In the master bedroom, a a walk-through dressing room leads to a light-filled bathroom, where a double shower invites you to relax.
