Situé au 18ème étage d’un immeuble du quartier contemporain de Novaya Borovaya, cet appartement a été pensé pour la location, tout en étant en accord avec l’âme des propriétaires. Le défi ? Créer une ambiance chaleureuse avec un budget mesuré. Pour y parvenir, le mobilier devient l’outil principal de la scénographie. Pas de cloisons massives : l’espace s’organise naturellement autour d’astucieux aménagements.
La chambre en alcôve, fermée uniquement par un rideau lorsqu'on le souhaite, offre intimité et douceur. La palette neutre, est relevée par le bleu et par des matériaux résistants et faciles d’entretien comme les murs peints, et le stratifié pour le sol . Les rangements et la cuisine, réalisés sur mesure à partir d’éléments IKEA, conjuguent praticité et harmonie. In Minsk, a 50m2 studio apartment was transformed into an elegant and functional haven, perfectly optimised thanks to the intervention of designer Alla Solovyova. Located on the 18th floor of a building in the contemporary Novaya Borovaya neighbourhood, this apartment was designed for rental, while still aligning with the owners' spirit. The challenge? Create a warm atmosphere with a limited budget. To achieve this, the furniture becomes the main tool of the scenography. No massive partitions: the space is naturally organised around clever layouts.
The alcove room, closed only by a curtain when desired, offers intimacy and softness. The neutral palette is enhanced by blue and durable, easy-to-maintain materials such as painted walls and laminate flooring. The storage and the kitchen, custom-made from IKEA elements, combine practicality and harmony.
