Un grand studio design de 46m2 : petit espace, grandes idées
Optimiser chaque mètre carré sans perdre en style : défi relevé pour ce grand studio design de 46m2 où style et fonctionnalité se rencontrent, grâce au talent de la designer Vera Prokhorova. Situé au 17ème étage d’un immeuble de Minsk en Biélorussie, il bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la ville. Pensé pour un jeune couple travaillant dans l’informatique, l’appartement devait répondre à de nombreuses exigences : une cuisine pratique pour cuisiner au quotidien, un espace bureau adapté au télétravail avec deux postes, un lit double confortable, un canapé pour se détendre et, surtout, de nombreux rangements.
Le but de ce projet était d' intégrer toutes ces fonctions sans surcharger l’espace. Le résultat est un intérieur lumineux et fluide, où chaque zone est clairement définie. Les murs blancs créent une toile neutre qui met en valeur des blocs colorés soigneusement disposés. Le coin nuit prend la forme d’une capsule cosy, enveloppante et chaleureuse. La loggia fermée par de grandes baies vitrées devient, elle, un espace atypique pour se détendre, inspiré d’un bar de plage, et parfaite pour profiter de la vue panoramique. Optimising every square meter without sacrificing style: a challenge met for this large 46m2 design studio where style and functionality meet, thanks to the talent of designer Vera Prokhorova. Located on the 17th floor of a building in Minsk, Belarus, it boasts stunning views of the city. Designed for a young couple working in IT, the apartment had to meet numerous requirements: a practical kitchen for daily cooking, a workspace suitable for remote work with two stations, a comfortable double bed, a sofa for relaxation, and, above all, plenty of storage.
The goal of this project was to integrate all these functions without overloading the space. The result is a bright and fluid interior, where each zone is clearly defined. The white walls create a neutral canvas that highlights carefully arranged coloured blocks. The sleeping area takes the form of a cosy, enveloping, and warm capsule. The loggia, enclosed by large bay windows, becomes an atypical space for relaxation, inspired by a beach bar, and perfect for enjoying the panoramic view.
