Dans cette petite surface, les designers de Suite Home Interiors ont réussit l’exploit de marier audace et fonctionnalité pour créer un deux-pièces design de 34m2. Pensé pour séduire au premier regard les amateurs de design et d’architecture, il joue la carte du charme contemporain . Situé dans un immeuble fraîchement rénové, il a été pris en charge par le studio d'architecture qui a relevé ici un défi de taille : transformer cette petite surface en un lieu "to die for". L’appartement, destiné à la location touristique, se distingue par son salon à double hauteur et sa chambre cosy. Le plan est compact, mais astucieux : une entrée discrète, un escalier qui mène vers la pièce de vie avec cuisine intégrée, et à la chambre reliée par un couloir à la pièce de vie.
Les designers ont misé sur une fluidité maximale, avec très peu de cloisons et une seule porte pour la salle de bains. Côté décoration intérieure, l’intervention est volontairement minimaliste : des murs uniformes, un plafond coloré dans la chambre pour compenser sa hauteur plus basse, et une ambiance lumineuse chaleureuse. Le mobilier, lui, s’autorise des contrastes forts : cramoisi intense et vert émeraude se répondent sans complexe, créant un décor audacieux et séduisant, parfait pour sortir ce deux-pièces design de 34m2 du banal, et le faire remarquer au premier coup d'oeil dans une liste d'annonces de locations où tous les appartements se ressemblent un peu.
In this small space, the designers at Suite Home Interiors have succeeded in combining boldness and functionality to create a 34m2 designer two-room apartment. Designed to appeal at first glance to lovers of design and architecture, it exudes contemporary charm. Located in a newly renovated building, it was taken on by the architectural studio, who took on a major challenge here: transforming this small space into a place to die for. The flat, intended for tourist rental, stands out for its double-height living room and cosy bedroom. The layout is compact but clever: A discreet entrance, a staircase leading to the living room with integrated kitchen, and to the bedroom connected by a corridor to the living room.
The designers have focused on maximum fluidity, with very few partitions and a single door to the bathroom. In terms of interior design, the approach is deliberately minimalist: uniform walls, a coloured ceiling in the bedroom to compensate for its lower height, and a warm, bright atmosphere.
