L'aménagement d'un petit appartement de 49m2 neuf en a fait un espace fonctionnel et design avec salon, chambre, bureau et cuisine
Un appartement compact peut cacher un grand potentiel. La preuve avec l'aménagement d'un petit appartement de 49m2 repensé par Sergey Arno, fondateur de YoroomDesign. Il a transformé le plan d'origine peu pratique de cet appartement, en un lieu de vie harmonieux, fonctionnel et design. Le designer a totalement repensé la distribution de cet appartement neuf, livré dans une configuration peu engageante : une seule pièce et une cuisine trop étroite. Cette organisation peu fonctionnelle a laissé place à un agencement intelligent où chaque mètre carré compte.
Le salon, équipé d’un grand canapé gris, se combine à une salle à manger conviviale avec table MDF Italia et chaises design B&B Italia. La cuisine se cache discrètement dans une niche, laissant l’espace visuel respirer. Pour la chambre, Sergey Arno a choisi des cloisons coulissantes en verre pourvue de rideaux, idéales pour rendre la pièce plus intime lorsque c'est nécessaire. La bonne idée? Un bureau a été installé sur la loggia fermée, parfait pour travailler à la maison. La décoration mise sur un fil rouge coloré – le bleu – que l’on retrouve dans les textiles et le tapis rond du salon. Enfin, la salle de bain en marbre gris offre un style intemporel, parfait pour un petit appartement design. A compact flat can hide great potential. Proof of this can be found in the layout of a small 49m² flat redesigned by Sergey Arno, founder of YoroomDesign. He transformed the original impractical layout of this flat into a harmonious, functional and stylish living space. The designer completely redesigned the layout of this new flat, which was delivered in an uninviting configuration: a single room and a kitchen that was too narrow. This impractical layout has been replaced by a clever design where every square metre counts.
The living room, furnished with a large grey sofa, is combined with a cosy dining area featuring an MDF Italia table and B&B Italia designer chairs. The kitchen is discreetly tucked away in an alcove, leaving the visual space to breathe. For the bedroom, Sergey Arno chose sliding glass partitions with curtains, ideal for making the room more intimate when necessary. The clever idea? A desk has been installed on the enclosed loggia, perfect for working from home. The décor features a colourful theme – blue – which is reflected in the textiles and round rug in the living room. Finally, the grey marble bathroom offers a timeless style, perfect for a small designer flat. The layout of this 49m² flat now perfectly suits the lifestyle and tastes of its young owner.
