Installé à côté d’une roue hydraulique restaurée, le bâtiment historique a été transformé en véritable sanctuaire. On y découvre pas moins de 120 espaces artistiques ornés de fresques et de sculptures, créant un dialogue permanent entre patrimoine et création contemporaine. À l’entrée, un olivier centenaire accueille les visiteurs, tandis que la Sorgue coule paisiblement à proximité, renforçant l’atmosphère inspirante et poétique du lieu. L’expérience ne s’arrête pas aux 49 chambres : cave de dégustation, restaurant gastronomique, bar à cocktails et spa complètent l’offre, avec des produits issus du Domaine de Leos, autre projet cher à l’artiste. Ici l’atmosphère est intimiste et raffinée. À l'Isle de Léos, tout concourt à créer un décor vivant et habité au bord de la Sorgue.
