Ce deux-pièces de 25m2 à Paris manquait de charme et de rangements. Les professionnels de l'Atelier Ceben, chargés de sa rénovation, on relevé le défi : optimiser chaque recoin, apporter du style et de la lumière, le tout avec un esprit graphique. À l’origine, cet appartement bénéficiait d’un plan déjà bien pensé, mais souffrait d’un manque de personnalité. Atelier Ceben a choisi de conserver l’organisation initiale tout en repensant entièrement l’aménagement. Dès l’entrée, un espace de rangement sur mesure accueille lave-linge et manteaux, habillé de portes ajourées graphiques. Un papier-peint Papermint vient structurer visuellement la zone.
Dans l’espace de vie, la kitchenette a été conservée mais enrichie d’une table escamotable sur mesure, idéale pour optimiser l’espace. La crédence en terrazzo noir et blanc ajoute une touche graphique contemporaine. Côté salon, l’accent a été mis sur des rangements discrets et lumineux, toujours avec ces portes ajourées légères. Les murs blancs laissent entrer la lumière, relevée par une note de vert Ressource. Dans la chambre, un lit pont avec dressing intégré maximise l’espace, tandis qu’une tête de lit bleu-vert donne du caractère. La salle d’eau reprend l’esprit graphique avec un terrazzo mis en valeur par des accessoires noirs. Rénové en trois mois pour un budget d’environ 30 000 €, ce qui est très raisonnable compte-tenu de la surface, ce deux-pièces de 25m2 à Paris, est désormais un joli cocon urbain. This one-bedroom apartment of 25m2 in Paris lacked charm and storage. The professionals at l' Atelier Ceben took on the challenge: optimising every corner, adding style and light, all with a graphic spirit. Originally, this apartment had an already well-thought-out plan, but it suffered from a lack of personality. Atelier Ceben chose to keep the initial layout while completely rethinking the arrangement. From the entrance, a custom storage space accommodates the washing machine and coats, adorned with graphic perforated doors. A Papermint wallpaper visually structures the area.
In the living space, the kitchenette was retained but enhanced with a custom-made fold-down table, ideal for optimising the space. The black and white terrazzo backsplash adds a contemporary graphic touch. On the living room side, the emphasis was placed on discreet and bright storage, always with these light openwork doors. The white walls let in the light, accented by a touch of Ressource green. In the bedroom, a bridge bed with an integrated dressing room maximises space, while a blue-green headboard adds character. The bathroom continues the graphic spirit with terrazzo highlighted by black accessories. Renovated in three months with a budget of around €30,000, which is very reasonable considering the size, this 25m2 one-bedroom apartment in Paris is now a lovely urban cocoon.
