Dans un quartier historique, ce deux-pièces épuré de 43m2 a été totalement repensé par Line Design Studio. Conçu sur mesure pour sa propriétaire et son chat, il combine minimalisme, et lumière naturelle. Grâce au travail réalisé par les professionnels, il tire parti de ses atouts — hauts plafonds, grandes fenêtres, terrasse — pour devenir un lieu moderne et fonctionnel. Dans la pièce principale, la cuisine rose poudré, monolithique et élégante, contraste avec la sobriété neutre du reste de l’appartement. La zone de séjour reste minimaliste et s’ouvre sur un balcon spacieux via une porte panoramique coulissante.
Côté nuit, une porte en verre ondulé préserve l’intimité tout en diffusant la lumière. La chambre combine podium cosy pour le repos, coin lecture et espace de travail face à la fenêtre.Les designers ont abattu une partie du mur entre la cuisine et le couloir, créant une circulation fluide et ouverte. La salle de bain a trouvé une seconde vie grâce à une fenêtre percée vers la chambre, qui inonde désormais l’espace de lumière diffuse. Résultat pour ce deux-pièces épuré de 43m2 : une atmosphère claire et apaisante. Les matériaux nobles — bois, béton, métal et verre — apportent chaleur et authenticité. Located in a historic neighbourhood, this sleek 43m2 one-bedroom flat has been completely redesigned by Line Design Studio. Custom-designed for its owner and her cat, it combines minimalism with natural light. Thanks to the work carried out by professionals, it makes the most of its assets — high ceilings, large windows, terrace — to become a modern and functional space. In the main room, the powder pink, monolithic and elegant kitchen contrasts with the neutral sobriety of the rest of the flat. The living area remains minimalist and opens onto a spacious balcony via a panoramic sliding door.
In the sleeping area, a wavy glass door preserves privacy while diffusing light. The bedroom combines a cosy platform for resting, a reading corner and a workspace facing the window. The designers knocked down part of the wall between the kitchen and the hallway, creating a fluid and open flow. The bathroom has been given a new lease of life thanks to a window opening onto the bedroom, which now floods the space with diffused light. The result for this sleek 43m2 one-bedroom apartment is a bright and soothing atmosphere. Noble materials — wood, concrete, metal and glass — bring warmth and authenticity.
