Ce duplex lumineux avec jardins et piscine se trouve dans un bâtiment à l'architecture contemporaine. Le couple a investi dans cet appartement pensé dans un petit immeuble conçu par Malva Arquitectura. C'est dans ce cabinet d'architecture que travaille Francisco. Situé au premier étage, l’appartement s’ouvre sur deux jardins paysagers: l’un avec une piscine, l’autre avec un barbecue.
Ces espaces extérieurs, reliés par le salon-salle à manger, créent une ventilation croisée rare à Buenos Aires et transforment le quotidien en oasis citadine. L’agencement intérieur mêle espaces de travail et de détente.
