Au cœur de la ville, ce studio de 27m2 aux accents noirs s’est transformé en appartement malin et raffiné grâce à l'intervention des designers Venera Teregulova et Anna Kozlova, du studio VIA INTERIOR BURO. Elles ont misé sur des volumes contrastés pour intégrer les contraintes techniques sans rien sacrifier au confort. Le projet, situé dans un complexe résidentiel moderne, incarne le concept des endroits loués pour de courts séjours de professionnels : une capsule urbaine chic, pensée pour ceux qui travaillent en centre-ville quelques jours, et retournent chez eux ensuite.
Le défi principal? Composer avec d’imposants conduits de ventilation. Plutôt que de les dissimuler, les architectes en ont fait une force : un plafond noir et des boîtes contrastées rythment l’espace et structurent les différentes fonctions utiles dans un logement. La cuisine, dissimulée en partie dans un cube noir et agrandie visuellement grâce à un miroir, s’intègre avec élégance. Le salon mise sur la convivialité avec un canapé convertible orienté vers la lumière naturelle, tandis que l’entrée se fait discrète grâce à un placard encastré. In the heart of the city, this 27m2 studio with black accents has been transformed into a clever and refined apartment thanks to the intervention of designers Venera Teregulova and Anna Kozlova from the VIA INTERIOR BURO studio. They relied on contrasting volumes to integrate technical constraints without sacrificing comfort. The project, located in a modern residential complex, embodies the concept of places rented for short stays for professionals: a chic urban capsule, designed for those who work downtown for a few days, and then return home.
The main challenge? Dealing with imposing ventilation ducts. Rather than concealing them, the architects made them a strength: a black ceiling and contrasting boxes rhythm the space and structure the different functions useful in a home. The kitchen, partly hidden in a black cube and visually enlarged thanks to a mirror, integrates elegantly. The living room focusses on conviviality with a convertible sofa orientated towards natural light, while the entrance is discreet thanks to a built-in closet.
