L’aménagement de ce deux-pièces de 51m2 fonctionnel et design à Minsk destiné à la location a été confié aux professionnels de Bezformi Studio
Au 16e étage d’un complexe résidentiel à Minsk, un couple a confié à Bezformi Studio l’aménagement d’un deux-pièces de 51m2 fonctionnel et design. Les propriétaires, déjà habitués à collaborer avec le studio, souhaitaient un intérieur pratique, durable et économique. Car cet appartement était destiné à la location. Les designers ont travaillé les finitions et optimisé chaque zone. Le salon avec coin TV, la cuisine, et salle à manger sont dans le même espace. Et sur la loggia un petit bureau a été installé.
La palette repose sur une base neutre – blanc, noir et gris – dynamisée par des touches franches d’orange et de vert, ainsi que des textiles et tableaux colorés. Le grès cérame, omniprésent, apporte une touche graphique et une grande facilité d’entretien. On le retrouve jusque dans la douche revêtue de dalles Marquina. Le mobilier, volontairement simple et fonctionnel, mêle les éléments sur-mesure au mobilier de grande distribution. Au sol du salon et de la chambre, c'est un stratifié façon bois qui réchauffe l’atmosphère. On the 16th floor of a residential complex in Minsk, a couple entrusted Bezformi Studio with the design of a functional and stylish 51m2 one-bedroom apartment. The owners, who were already familiar with working with the studio, wanted a practical, durable and economical interior, as the apartment was intended for rental. Bezformi Studio worked on the finishes and optimised each area. The living room with TV area, kitchen and dining room are all in the same space. A small office has been installed on the loggia.
The colour palette is based on neutral tones – white, black and grey – enlivened by bold touches of orange and green, as well as colourful textiles and paintings. The ubiquitous porcelain stoneware adds a graphic touch and is easy to maintain. It can even be found in the shower, which is clad in Marquina tiles. The furniture, deliberately simple and functional, combines bespoke pieces with mass-produced items. The wood-effect laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom adds warmth to the atmosphere.
