Un studio design de 27m2 avec mezzanine plein de caractère
Dans une ancienne usine transformée en complexe résidentiel, les architectes ont agrandi ce studio design de 27m2 grâce à une mezzanine. L’appartement offre désormais 36m2 d’un espace compact et harmonieux. Ici, briques, béton et métal racontent une histoire brute et élégante. Anastasia Zaitseva et Anton Lysko, du studio Room Design Büro, ont relevé le défi : transformer ce lieu industriel en appartement design prêt à la location pour un jeune couple d’investisseurs.
Les designers ont exploité le plafond de 4,2 mètres pour créer une mezzanine accueillant la chambre et un espace de rangement. Cette solution agrandit la surface sans sacrifier le confort. Au premier niveau, une cuisine blanche minimaliste s’ouvre sur un salon baigné de lumière. Les briques patinées et le béton brut préservent l’âme industrielle du lieu, tandis que le métal blanc de l’escalier et du plan de travail ajoutent un contraste moderne. In a former factory converted into a residential complex, architects have expanded this stylish 27m2 studio with a mezzanine. The flat now offers 36m2 of compact, harmonious space. Here, brick, concrete and metal tell a raw and elegant story. Anastasia Zaitseva and Anton Lysko, from the Room Design Büro studio, took up the challenge: to transform this industrial space into a designer flat ready to rent for a young couple of investors.
The designers took advantage of the 4.2-metre ceiling to create a mezzanine with a bedroom and storage space. This solution enlarges the surface area without sacrificing comfort. On the first level, a minimalist white kitchen opens onto a light-filled living room. The weathered bricks and raw concrete preserve the industrial soul of the space, while the white metal of the staircase and worktop add a modern contrast.
