Dans un immeuble neuf, l’architecte Alexeï Ivanov a transformé ce deux-pièces en un exemple de modernité. Minimalisme, lignes nettes et douceur grise sont au programme de ce petit appartement de 43m2 plein d'esprit design. Pour ce projet, l'architecte n’a pas eu besoin de plans compliqués. Le minimalisme est son terrain de jeu. Tout ici respire la maîtrise et la cohérence. L’espace s’articule autour d’une entrée avec salle de bain, d’un salon-cuisine ouvert et d’une chambre. Les volumes s'enchaînent naturellement les uns vers les autres. Les cloisons vitrées et les lattes en bois dessinent une architecture sobre mais expressive.
Le gris domine, décliné en textures subtiles. Un canapé jaune vient rompre la palette et attire le regard. Derrière, un mur à lattes rythme l’espace. Tout le mobilier intégré a été conçu sur mesure. La table s’aligne parfaitement avec les rangements. Quelques pièces signées Rietveld ou Kartell ajoutent du caractère. Une nouvelle note de couleur se trouve dans le tableau de la chambre, fermée avec une porte en verre. In a new building, architect Alexei Ivanov has transformed this one-bedroom flat into a model of modernity. Minimalism, clean lines and soft grey tones are the hallmarks of this small, 43m2 flat brimming with design flair. The architect did not need complicated plans for this project. Minimalism is his playground. Everything here exudes mastery and consistency. The space is organised around an entrance hall with a bathroom, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a bedroom. The rooms flow naturally into one another. Glass partitions and wooden slats create a simple yet expressive architectural style.
Grey dominates, in subtle textures. A yellow sofa breaks up the palette and catches the eye. Behind it, a slatted wall gives rhythm to the space. All the built-in furniture has been custom-designed. The table aligns perfectly with the storage units. A few pieces by Rietveld and Kartell add character. Another touch of colour can be found in the painting in the bedroom, which is closed off by a glass door.
