Ce petit trois-pièces de 55m2 est décoré dans un style contamporain, avec des couleurs tendres, des lignes modernes qui en font un intérieur plein d’élégance. On peut dire que ce petit appartement ne manque pas d’allure. Pensé par le studio Knyazeva Design, il réunit tout le nécessaire sans jamais sacrifier le style : une cuisine-séjour, deux chambres polyvalentes et une salle de bain avec buanderie. Le parti pris? Des lignes pures, de la couleur, de la modernité et de la lumière.
La propriétaire, grande voyageuse et amatrice d’art, voulait des murs blancs pour exposer ses trouvailles. Les designers ont relevé le défi en jouant sur une palette audacieuse de jaune, de bleu, de rose en contraste avec le noir. Chaque pièce raconte une nuance: la cuisine en noir et blanc ouvre sur une entrée sombre et chic, la chambre se teinte de rose poudré, tandis que la salle de bain reprend cette touche féminine avec un lavabo design assorti. Designed by Knyazeva Design studio, it has everything you need without sacrificing style: a kitchen-living room, two versatile bedrooms and a bathroom with laundry facilities. The focus? Clean lines, colour, modernity and light.
The owner, a keen traveller and art lover, wanted white walls to display her finds. The designers rose to the challenge by playing with a bold palette of yellow, blue and pink contrasting with black. Each room has its own nuance: the black and white kitchen opens onto a dark and chic entrance hall, the bedroom is tinged with powder pink, while the bathroom echoes this feminine touch with a matching designer washbasin. The decision was made not to have a television. Instead, a projector is used for watching films. This small, contemporary-style 55m2 two-bedroom is elegant without being over the top.
