Trois chambres, un salon, une cuisine et un couloir-bibliothèque. Oui, tout ça dans un appartement de 140m2 optimisé parfaitement. Grâce à une décoratrice d’intérieur, cet appartement est devenu un refuge, aussi pratique qu’élégant. La propriétaire, fan de la décoratrice Yulia Golavskaya, lui a laissé carte blanche pour repenser cet espace en plein centre-ville. Le secret? Un aménagement millimétré et une touche de décoration vintage. La palette de couleurs a été inspirée par le ciel vu à travers les fenêtres de l'appartement. De nombreux meubles ont été fabriqués sur mesure selon les croquis de la professionnelle. Une attention particulière a été accordée au parquet en chêne, qui fait un contraste chaleureux avec les vues urbaines à l'extérieur.
La palette de gris perle et de bois chaud adoucit les lignes contemporaines, tandis que les meubles sur mesure et les pièces chinées donnent du caractère. Dans le salon, les luminaires italiens Flos côtoient un bureau vintage. Les filles de la propriétaire ont même pu imaginer leurs propres chambres. Ce projet réussi combine harmonieusement les pièces anciennes avec les meubles contemporains, des objets chers à la famille et des objets d'art, comme le panneau en laiton dans le salon et les tableaux dans la salle à manger. Three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a hallway-library. Yes, all this in a perfectly optimised 140m2 flat. Thanks to an interior designer, this flat has become a refuge that is as practical as it is elegant. The owner, a fan of designer Yulia Golavskaya, gave her carte blanche to redesign this space in the city centre. The secret? Meticulous planning and a touch of vintage décor. The colour palette was inspired by the sky seen through the apartment's windows. Many of the furnishings were custom-made according to the designer's sketches. Special attention was paid to the oak parquet flooring, which provides a warm contrast to the urban views outside.
The palette of pearl grey and warm wood softens the contemporary lines, while the custom-made furniture and antique pieces add character. In the living room, Italian Flos light fixtures sit alongside a vintage desk. The owner's daughters were even able to design their own bedrooms. This successful project harmoniously combines antique pieces with contemporary furniture, family heirlooms and objets d'art, such as the brass panel in the living room and the paintings in the dining room.
