Dans le quartier vibrant du Paseo San Juan, cette rénovation à été confiée à Laura Muñoz et Aromir Studio. Les professionnels ont redonné vie cette une maison datant de 1920. L’objectif? Ouvrir les espaces, laisser la lumière circuler et valoriser les matériaux d’origine sans renier la modernité.
Le cœur du projet repose sur une galerie vitrée, lien entre les pièces principales et le patio végétalisé. Ce dernier est un véritable havre de verdure au centre de la ville, idéal pour profiter du climat méditerranéen. La distribution est fluide: cuisine, salle à manger et salon se prolongent naturellement vers la terrasse. Les chambres, tournées vers l’est, s’ouvrent sur de charmants balcons avec vue sur le Paseo San Juan. Les sols anciens restaurés en carreaux de ciment, les moulures et les menuiseries anciennes rappellent l’élégance du style moderniste. Between heritage and contemporary design, its light-filled spaces offer a perfect balance between past and present. Located in the vibrant Paseo San Juan neighbourhood, this renovation was entrusted to Laura Muñoz + Aromir Studio. The professionals have breathed new life into this house dating from 1920. Their aim? To open up the spaces, let the light flow and enhance the original materials without compromising on modernity.
At the heart of the project is a glass gallery, linking the main rooms to the green patio. The latter is a true haven of greenery in the centre of the city, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The layout is fluid: the kitchen, dining room and living room extend naturally onto the terrace. Facing east, the bedrooms open onto charming balconies with views of the Paseo San Juan. The restored original cement tile floors, mouldings and woodwork are reminiscent of the elegance of the modernist style. This renovated 250m2 house is elegant, bright and full of character.
