À Brno, en République Tchèque, ce studio de 30m2 au style Bauhaus est parti d'une coquille vide, à laquelle les architectes d’ANCconcept ont donné une véritable personnalité. Ils ont transformé ce petit espace en un lieu fonctionnel et coloré, pensé pour les séjours d’un jeune couple venu de Prague. Il est destiné également à la location de courte durée. Situé dans une maison en terrasses, ce studio lumineux profite d’une vue verdoyante sur une cour privée.
Le duo d’architectes de ANCconcept, Petr Lukyanov et Kirill Ustinov, y a imaginé un espace coloré et vintage. Ce studio de 30m2 au style Bauhaus est inspiré du constructivisme. C'est un lieu compact mais plein de caractère, à mi-chemin entre appartement et suite d’hôtel. Au cœur du projet, on retrouve un lit podium en contreplaqué, à la fois lit, rangement, cloison et banquette. Cet élément unique construit sur mesure structure tout l’espace. Les meubles dont certains sont iconiques comme les unités USM, se marient à des fauteuils verts IKEA Dyvlinge de la dernière collection. Dans l’entrée, une banquette rouge originale et intégrée devient coin lecture. La cuisine est discrète mais bien pratique avec son espace repas. Cet intérieur fonctionnel est un endroit agréablement pensé pour un quotidien facile.
In Brno, Czech Republic, this 30m2 Bauhaus-style studio started out as an empty shell, which the architects at ANCconcept transformed into a space with real personality. They turned this small space into a functional and colourful place, designed for a young couple from Prague to stay in. It is also intended for short-term rentals. Located in a terraced house, this bright studio enjoys a green view of a private courtyard.
The architectural duo from ANCconcept, Petr Lukyanov and Kirill Ustinov, have created a colourful, vintage space. This 30m2 Bauhaus-style studio is inspired by constructivism. It is a compact space but full of character, halfway between an apartment and a hotel suite. At the heart of the project is a plywood podium bed, which serves as a bed, storage space, partition and bench. This unique, custom-built element structures the entire space. The furniture, some of which is iconic, such as the USM units, is combined with green IKEA Dyvlinge armchairs from the latest collection. In the entrance hall, an original, built-in red bench seat serves as a reading corner. The kitchen is discreet but practical, with its own dining area. This functional interior is a pleasantly designed space for easy everyday living.
