Ce petit appartement de 39m2 rénové prouve qu’un petit budget n’empêche pas un résultat au top. Le studio Rudakova Design a créé un intérieur chaleureux et ingénieux où chaque mètre carré compte. Il a été pensé pour une jeune femme active, et transformé avec soin et ingéniosité. Le studio a misé sur une organisation fluide et des matériaux naturels pour optimiser chaque espace sans cloisonner. Pour préserver la luminosité, les architectes ont supprimé les cloisons classiques entre la cuisine, la chambre et le salon. À la place, ils ont installé une claustra en pin, prolongé sur le plafond, qui délimite sans enfermer. Ce jeu de lattes en bois crée une impression d’intimité et de chaleur, tout en gardant la fluidité de l’espace.
Dans la cuisine, seuls des meubles bas habillent le mur, libérant la vue et la lumière. Un carrelage imitation pierre naturelle, proche de l’ardoise, apporte un contraste élégant avec le bois clair. La chambre reste minimaliste: une niche en guise de table de chevet, des livres retournés pour une déco apaisante, et la célèbre lampe Pirellina de Gio Ponti, clin d’œil design à l’architecture italienne. This small 39m2 renovated flat proves that a small budget does not prevent you from achieving top results. The Rudakova Design studio has created a warm and ingenious interior where every square metre counts. It was designed for a young working woman and transformed with care and ingenuity. The studio focused on a fluid layout and natural materials to optimise each space without partitioning it off. To preserve the brightness, the architects removed the traditional partitions between the kitchen, bedroom and living room. Instead, they installed a pine screen, extended to the ceiling, which defines the space without enclosing it. This set of wooden slats creates a feeling of intimacy and warmth, while maintaining the fluidity of the space.
In the kitchen, only low cabinets adorn the wall, freeing up the view and light. Natural stone-effect tiles, similar to slate, provide an elegant contrast to the light wood. The bedroom remains minimalist: a niche serves as a bedside table, books are placed upside down for a soothing decorative effect, and Gio Ponti's famous Pirellina lamp is a nod to Italian architecture.
