C'est Estudio Querencia qui a réalisé ce projet et misé sur une circulation fluide de la lumière. Les pièces s’ouvrent naturellement les unes sur les autres, offrant un cadre très agréable au quotidien. Les professionnels ont su soigneusement rééquilibrer les espaces délicatement structurés.

Les fondatrices, María Querencia et Maribel López, ont choisi d’associer éléments contemporains et des pièces héritées dans cet appartement familial à Salamanca. Cela crée pour une ambiance personnalisée mais sans surcharge visuelle. Les tons neutres dominent et se marient à des matériaux naturels. Ils apportent une présence douce tout au long de la journée. Le salon accueille une colonne singulière, véritable pièce forte qui dialogue avec les canapés blancs et les œuvres artisanales. Dans la cuisine, le coin repas devient le lieu central pour cuisiner et partager des moments agréables. L’espace nuit est serein, avec une chambre en suite ponctuée de bois chaleureux et d’une salle de bain en marbre. This family apartment in Salamanca, a sought-after neighbourhood in Madrid, has been renovated to create a harmonious blend of works of art and antique pieces. Estudio Querencia carried out the project, focusing on the fluid circulation of light. The rooms open naturally onto one another, creating a very pleasant setting for everyday life. The professionals have carefully rebalanced the delicately structured spaces.

María Querencia and Maribel López, chose to combine contemporary elements with inherited pieces in this family apartment in Salamanca. This creates a personalised atmosphere without visual overload. Neutral tones dominate and blend with natural materials. They bring a soft presence throughout the day. The living room features a unique column, a real statement piece that interacts with the white sofas and handcrafted works of art. In the kitchen, the dining area becomes the central place for cooking and sharing pleasant moments. The sleeping area is serene, with an en-suite bedroom punctuated by warm wood and a marble bathroom. The baby's room plays on softness with delicate wallpaper and a very tender wicker cradle.
