This family apartment in Salamanca, a sought-after neighbourhood in Madrid, has been renovated to create a harmonious blend of works of art and antique pieces. Estudio Querencia carried out the project, focusing on the fluid circulation of light. The rooms open naturally onto one another, creating a very pleasant setting for everyday life. The professionals have carefully rebalanced the delicately structured spaces.

María Querencia and Maribel López, chose to combine contemporary elements with inherited pieces in this family apartment in Salamanca. This creates a personalised atmosphere without visual overload. Neutral tones dominate and blend with natural materials. They bring a soft presence throughout the day. The living room features a unique column, a real statement piece that interacts with the white sofas and handcrafted works of art. In the kitchen, the dining area becomes the central place for cooking and sharing pleasant moments. The sleeping area is serene, with an en-suite bedroom punctuated by warm wood and a marble bathroom. The baby's room plays on softness with delicate wallpaper and a very tender wicker cradle.
