Ce studio de 30m2 avec un aménagement futé montre comment une distribution ingénieuse et quelques choix déco bien ciblés peuvent donner un espace confortable. Ouvert et agréable à vivre, même avec sa surface réduite, il est décoré en style contemporain. Ce studio appartient à la designer Kristina Lichik, qui souhaitait créer un lieu ouvert et pratique. Elle devait y intégrer un lit, un canapé pour recevoir, une cuisine pratique et un coin bureau, tout en conservant une circulation fluide. Son défi principal reposait sur l’agencement, puisqu’elle travaille depuis son appartement. Ainsi elle souhaitait que son appartement soit simple mais esthétique et facile à vivre.
Pour structurer l’espace, elle a installé un mur bas permettant de dissimuler la zone nuit sans fermer totalement le studio. La cuisine s’est agrandie en utilisant la zone initialement prévue pour le dressing. Le lit repose sur une estrade offrant un rangement généreux, pratique pour maintenir l’appartement bien organisé. L’ambiance repose sur des matériaux naturels visuellement apaisants. Le sol en chêne massif et le plan de travail en céramique noire, créent une base élégante. Les murs gris et les meubles noirs forment une toile sobre, relevée par des chaises couleur terre cuite et un poster au-dessus du bureau qui dynamise l’ensemble. La salle de bain adopte la même palette, avec un placard jaune vif qui apporte une touche pleine de caractère. This 30m2 studio with clever layout shows how an ingenious layout and a few well-chosen decorative touches can create a comfortable space. Open and pleasant to live in, even with its small surface area, it is decorated in a contemporary style. This studio belongs to designer Kristina Lichik, who wanted to create an open and practical space. She needed to incorporate a bed, a sofa for entertaining, a practical kitchen and an office area, while maintaining a fluid flow. Her main challenge was the layout, as she works from her flat. She wanted her flat to be simple but attractive and easy to live in.
To structure the space, she installed a low wall to conceal the sleeping area without completely closing off the studio. The kitchen was enlarged by using the area originally intended for the dressing room. A bed rests on a platform offering generous storage space, which is practical for keeping the flat well organised. The atmosphere is based on visually soothing natural materials. Its solid oak floor and black ceramic worktop create an elegant base. The grey walls and black furniture form a sober backdrop, enhanced by terracotta-coloured chairs and a poster above the desk that energises the whole space. The bathroom adopts the same colour scheme, with a bright yellow cupboard adding a touch of character. With her clever layout, the designer has made the most of this small 30m2 studio.
