Ce petit appartement est situé à Buenos Aires en Argentine dans le quartier de Palermo. C'est un studio de 45m2 repensé pour offrir une atmosphère raffinée. L'inspiration est venue des plus belles suites de boutique-hôtel. L’architecte Aldana Albo de Estudio Aldo y a imaginé un cadre pratique et harmonieux, pensé pour accueillir son propriétaire souvent en déplacement. Ce dernier souhaitait retrouver une ambiance sophistiquée dès son arrivée en ville. Alors l’architecte a misé sur des choix simples et très efficaces. Elle a travaillé un décor neutre relevé par quelques touches de vert, afin d’éviter toute surcharge visuelle dans un studio où chaque détail compte vraiment. Les lignes restent épurées et gardent le regard fluide sur l’ensemble de la pièce.
Deux séparations intelligentes structurent l’espace sans bloquer la lumière, notamment un claustra en petiribí créant un jeu lumineux très agréable. Cette pièce en bois rythme la pièce tout en gardant une légèreté bienvenue. La cuisine est séparée par un bar compact qui apporte du rangement et marque subtilement la transition avec le salon. Le patio de ce studio de 45m2 repensé pour le meilleur, est devenu une extension naturelle grâce à un banc en ciment accompagné d’un brasero. This small flat is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the Palermo neighbourhood. It is a 45m2 studio that has been redesigned to offer a refined atmosphere. The inspiration came from the most beautiful boutique hotel suites. Architect Aldana Albo from Estudio Aldo y imagined a practical and harmonious setting, designed to accommodate its owner, who is often away on business. The owner wanted to find a sophisticated atmosphere as soon as he arrived in the city. So the architect opted for simple and very effective choices. She worked with a neutral décor enhanced by a few touches of green, to avoid any visual overload in a studio where every detail really counts. The lines remain clean and allow the eye to flow smoothly throughout the room.
Two clever partitions structure the space without blocking the light, notably a petiribí screen that creates a very pleasant play of light. This wooden screen gives the room rhythm while maintaining a welcome lightness. Its kitchen is separated by a compact bar that provides storage and subtly marks the transition to the living room. The patio of this 45m2 studio, redesigned for the better, has become a natural extension thanks to a cement bench accompanied by a brasero.
