Ce studio compact de 25m2 revisité par un designer démontre comment des couleurs franches peuvent donner de la personnalité à un petit espace. Roman Kapenkin, chargé de la refonte de ce petit appartement avec un budget limité, a réussi à lui donner une vraie cohérence. Il a travaillé sur l'optimisation des volumes et avec une palette vive soigneusement dosée. La petite cuisine glisse sous la mezzanine et laisse de l'espace à la zone du salon qui accueille un canapé-lit confortable. Il permet d’accueillir un invité sans perturber l’organisation. Un comptoir près de la fenêtre sert de coin repas léger tout en offrant un poste de travail bien éclairé.

La salle de bain de ce studio compact de 25m2 regroupe les sanitaires indispensables, mais aussi le lave-linge malgré sa surface réduite. Le color blocking est l’élément phare apportant énergie et rythme à travers une composition géométrique assumée. Les teintes vives dialoguent avec les affiches d'inspiration Memphis ajoutant une touche ludique parfaitement alignée avec l’esprit général. Les finitions d’origine conservées rappellent l’histoire du bâtiment créant une continuité agréable entre passé et présent. This compact 25m2 studio, reinvented by a designer, shows how bold colours can give personality to a small space. Roman Kapenkin, tasked with redesigning this small flat on a limited budget, has succeeded in giving it real coherence. He worked on optimising the spaces and used a carefully balanced palette of bright colours. The small kitchen slides under the mezzanine, leaving space for the living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed. This allows guests to stay without disrupting the layout. A counter near the window serves as a light dining area while also providing a well-lit workspace.
The mezzanine is quite large and accommodates a comfortable bedroom thanks to the high ceiling. The bathroom in this compact 25m2 studio includes all the essential fixtures, as well as a washing machine despite its small size. Colour blocking is the key feature, bringing energy and rhythm through a bold geometric composition. The bright colours interact with the Memphis-inspired posters, adding a playful touch that is perfectly in line with the overall spirit. The original finishes have been preserved, recalling the history of the building and creating a pleasant continuity between past and present.
