At first glance discreet, this 17m2 French mini house hides a precise layout, designed for peaceful living and working. Isabelle dreamed of a sedentary mini house that was practical and pleasant to live in every day. The challenge was clear: to optimise its surface area without sacrificing comfort or multiple uses. On the ground floor, the L-shaped kitchen structures the space and flows naturally into the living room. The custom-made furniture, combined with raw wood, creates a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Stained glass windows salvaged from an antique piece of furniture add a personal touch, steeped in history. A built-in bench and a retractable table transform the dining area to suit different occasions.
At the rear, the master bedroom features a comfortable bed and discreet built-in storage. Everything has its place, including the laundry room under the stairs leading to the mezzanine.
