Situé près de la mer à Minsk, ce petit appartement de 38m2 mise sur la simplicité contemporaine. Dans un quartier verdoyant, il offre calme, hauteur sous plafond et larges fenêtres graphiques. Son propriétaire souhaitait un lieu simple, pensé pour se reposer, avec un lien évident à la nature. La designer Katya Nikonovich a imaginé pour lui un intérieur contemporain, cherchant l’équilibre entre matières naturelles et lignes urbaines. La cuisine initiale a laissé place à une chambre séparée, gagnant ainsi confort et intimité. Ce studio avec une grande cuisine a ainsi été transformé en un deux-pièces agréable. La cuisine compacte s’intègre désormais à l’espace ouvert, sans attirer l’œil inutilement. Chaque centimètre a été étudié, la planification frôlant la précision chirurgicale.
Les rangements s’alignent discrètement, dont une grande armoire graphique dans l’entrée, parfaitement intégrée. Dans la chambre, un placard sombre sur mesure structure l’espace et renforce la profondeur visuelle. Les murs peints dialoguent avec un plâtre décoratif texturé, présent dans les zones les plus sollicitées. Le cèdre habille l’espace repas de ce petit appartement de 38m2, apportant chaleur et rythme à l’ensemble. La couleur du parquet en chêne a guidé toute la palette, désormais dominée par des tons boisés. Un canapé demi-bleu et des textiles gris-vert équilibrent les contrastes et adoucissent l’ambiance. Located near the sea in Minsk, this small 38m2 flat focuses on contemporary simplicity. In a leafy neighbourhood, it offers peace and quiet, high ceilings and large graphic windows. Its owner wanted a simple place, designed for relaxation, with a clear connection to nature. Designer Katya Nikonovich created a contemporary interior for him, seeking a balance between natural materials and urban lines. The original kitchen has been replaced by a separate bedroom, adding comfort and privacy. This studio with a large kitchen has thus been transformed into a pleasant one-bedroom apartment. The compact kitchen now blends into the open space without drawing unnecessary attention. Every centimetre has been carefully considered, with planning bordering on surgical precision.
The storage units are discreetly aligned, including a large graphic wardrobe in the entrance hall, which blends in perfectly. In the bedroom, a dark, made-to-measure cupboard structures the space and enhances the visual depth. The painted walls interact with decorative textured plaster in the most heavily used areas. Cedar cladding adorns the dining area, bringing warmth and rhythm to the whole. The colour of the oak parquet flooring guided the entire palette, which is now dominated by wood tones. A blue sofa and grey-green textiles balance the contrasts and soften the atmosphere.
