Deux appartements haussmanniens réunis à Paris pour créer un duplex

Dans le 16e arrondissement de Paris, les professionnels de Mon Concept Habitation ont signé cette rénovation ambitieuse. Il s'agissait ici de créer un duplex familial à partir de deux appartements haussmanniens réunis de 67m2 chacun. Superposés, ils ont été reliés par un escalier central sur mesure qui structure l'espace. Le parquet en pointe de Hongrie et les moulures d’origine rappellent le caractère du bâti ancien. Ces éléments dialoguent avec un mobilier contemporain et des menuiseries dessinées spécifiquement.

La palette chromatique joue avec le vert, le zellige et le bois de noyer. Dans la cuisine comme dans la suite parentale, les matières naturelles guident les choix. Quelques touches rosées ponctuent l’ensemble et créent des rappels subtils entre les pièces. Des arches en noyer viennent articuler salon et salle à manger avec subtilité. Two Haussmann-style apartments combined in Paris to create a duplex

In the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the professionals at Mon Concept Habitation have completed this ambitious renovation. The aim here was to create a family duplex from two combined Haussmann-style apartments, each measuring 67m2. The apartments are stacked on top of each other and connected by a custom-made central staircase, which structures the space. Its herringbone parquet flooring and original mouldings reflect the character of the old building. These elements interact with contemporary furniture and specially designed woodwork.

The colour palette plays with green, zellige tiles and walnut wood. In both the kitchen and the master bedroom, natural materials guide the choices. A few touches of pink punctuate the ensemble and create subtle links between the rooms. Walnut arches subtly connect the living room and dining room. They create a gentle flow and elegant perspectives.
