Dans ce studio de 45m2 avec alcôve, chaque choix a été longuement étudié. Situé au quatrième étage d’un immeuble récent, il a été conçu par le designer Ilya Gulyants. Le projet devait séduire un acheteur potentiel, jeune, urbain, ambitieux, avec une vision claire du confort. L’architecte a imaginé un espace lisible, organisé autour d’une alcôve dédiée au sommeil. Le salon et la cuisine cohabitent naturellement, sans surcharge, grâce à un plan fluide. Un mini-bureau discret trouve sa place sur le balcon, prolongeant intelligemment la surface habitable existante.
Les rangements ont été concentrés dans un dressing, les meubles de cuisine et un comptoir malin. Même la machine à laver disparaît derrière une façade miroir dans l’entrée, presque invisible. Le plafond a conservé son béton brut, écho direct aux murs texturés de l’alcôve. Le bois clair des étagères tempère l’ensemble et apporte une chaleur visuelle bienvenue. La palette joue entre graphite, les tons caramel et herbe sèche, relevés par des couleurs plus vives comme un bleu électrique dans la chambre. Un tapis marocain, des luminaires Flos et Artemide ont été sélectionnés pour donner une ambiance design et élégante. Dans ce studio de 45m2 avec alcôve, le mobilier sur mesure et les pièces contemporaines composent un ensemble équilibré et vivant.
In this 45m2 studio with an alcove, every choice has been carefully considered. Located on the fourth floor of a recent building, it was designed by Ilya Gulyants. The project was intended to appeal to a potential buyer who is young, urban, ambitious, and has a clear vision of comfort. The architect imagined a clear-cut space, organised around an alcove dedicated to sleeping. Its living room and kitchen coexist naturally, without clutter, thanks to a fluid layout. A discreet mini-office finds its place on the balcony, cleverly extending the existing living space.
Storage has been concentrated in a dressing room, kitchen cabinets and a clever counter. Even the washing machine disappears behind a mirrored façade in the entrance, almost invisible. The ceiling has retained its raw concrete, echoing the textured walls of the alcove. For the shelves, the light wood tempers the whole and brings a welcome visual warmth. The colour palette plays with graphite, caramel and dry grass tones, enhanced by brighter colours such as electric blue in the bedroom. A Moroccan rug and Flos and Artemide lighting fixtures were selected to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere.
