Aménager un studio de 40m2 confortable comme celui-ci est une recherche d'optimisation et de design. Situé dans un immeuble neuf il a été imaginé par le Studio TAK. Le projet repose sur l'aménagement d'une pièce unique combinant cuisine, repas, salon et espace nuit. Un lit escamotable disparaît le jour puis redessine totalement la pièce le soir venu. Cette transformation simple change l’usage sans travaux lourds ni sensation d’encombrement visuelle.
La palette claire maximise la lumière naturelle et donne immédiatement une impression d’espace. La cuisine vert sauge dialogue avec le bois naturel et les meubles blancs. Ce choix crée une ambiance douce et chaleureuse et très facile à vivre au quotidien. Le parquet à chevrons structure visuellement le volume. Un canapé deux places s’intègre dans un coffre en bois discret multifonction. Une lampe étagère surplombe l’assise et apporte éclairage et rangement supplémentaire pratique. Le soir, le lit se déploie facilement tandis qu’un rideau pleine hauteur peut préserver l’intimité si nécessaire. In this compact apartment, each element serves multiple purposes in a minimalist yet welcoming design. Furnishing a comfortable 40m2 studio apartment like this one requires a focus on optimisation and design. Located in a new building, it was designed by the TAK Studio. The project is based on the layout of a single room combining kitchen, dining area, lounge and sleeping area. A Murphy bed disappears during the day and completely transforms the room in the evening. This simple transformation changes the use of the space without any major work or visual clutter.
The light colour palette maximises natural light and immediately gives an impression of space. The sage green kitchen complements the natural wood and white furniture. This choice creates a soft and warm atmosphere that is very easy to live with on a daily basis. The herringbone parquet flooring visually structures the space. A two-seater sofa fits into a discreet, multifunctional wooden chest. A shelf lamp hangs above the seat, providing lighting and additional practical storage. In the evening, the bed unfolds easily, while a full-height curtain can provide privacy if necessary.
