Le regard est immédiatement happé par l’ escalier central, conçu en métal peint bleu. Il dessine une spirale aérienne qui relie les étages sans alourdir l’espace. Ses marches semi-transparentes laissent filer la lumière, créant une continuité verticale.

Tout en haut, l’appartement est consacré aux moments partagés. La cuisine, a été imaginée comme un volume indépendant. Elle est également signée Büro Kif. The eye is immediately drawn to the central staircase, designed in blue-painted metal. It forms an airy spiral that connects the floors without weighing down the space. Its semi-transparent steps allow light to pass through, creating vertical continuity.
