Séparer un studio de 42m2 avec une verrière en bois pour créer une chambre, c'est une tentation bien naturelle. Il est essentiel de ne pas perdre la lumière et dans ce petit appartement situé en Biélorussie, c'est la designer Maria Nazarova qui l'a réalisé. La solution est une réponse simple, élégante et très pratique à cette problématique rencontrée régulièrement en ville. L’intérieur a été pensé pour une jeune femme attentive à son confort quotidien. La priorité portait sur un espace lumineux, harmonieux et organisé, où chaque mètre carré trouvait une fonction claire. Le plan initial prévoyait une chambre fermée, mais cette option réduisait la circulation de la lumière naturelle. La designer a donc proposé une cloison semi ouverte, avec une verrière en bois, posée sur un muret discret.

Cette séparation structure visuellement l’espace, masque le lit et conserve la lumière provenant de trois fenêtres. Le studio devient ainsi un vrai deux-pièces, sans alourdir la perception des volumes. A l'arrière de la cloison,  il y a la place pour un grand lit, derrière lequel on découvre un joli papier-peint. Le salon est de style contemporain, centré autour d’un canapé confortable. La cuisine ouverte s’intègre naturellement au séjour, avec des meubles en bois et un plan de travail en quartz. Une table ronde permet d'avoir l’espace repas indispensable. On retrouve le même quartz dans la salle de bain de ce studio de 42m2 pour une cohérence visuelle. 42m2 studio: the wooden glass partition trick to create a bedroom

Separating a 42m2 studio with a wooden glass partition to create a bedroom is a natural temptation. It is essential not to lose light, and in this small apartment in Belarus, designer Maria Nazarova has achieved just that. The solution is a simple, elegant and very practical response to this problem, which is commonly encountered in cities. The interior was designed for a young woman who cares about her everyday comfort. Priority was to create a bright, harmonious and organised space, where every square metre had a clear function. The initial plan was for a closed bedroom, but this option reduced the flow of natural light. The designer therefore proposed a semi-open partition, with a wooden glass partition, placed on a discreet low wall.

This partition visually structures the space, conceals the bed and preserves the light coming in from three windows. The studio thus becomes a true one-bedroom apartment, without making the space feel cramped. At the back of the partition, there is the space for a large bed, behind which there is attractive wallpaper. The living room is contemporary in style, centred around a comfortable sofa. The open-plan kitchen blends naturally into the living room, with wooden furniture and a quartz worktop. A round table provides the essential dining space. The same quartz is used in the bathroom of this 42m2 studio for visual consistency. The enclosed loggia has completely changed its role and has become a relaxation area.
