Dans cet appartement de 35m2, la designer Svetlana Khabeeva a créé un lieu unique, pratique et coloré pensé pour séduire des locataires exigeants. A l'origine, l’appartement présentait de nombreux défauts visibles, avec des sols abîmés et des murs fatigués par le temps. Lors de l’analyse des plans, la designer a découvert un écart entre les documents et la réalité existante. Une zone inutilisée, dissimulée derrière des cloisons légères, a permis finalement de gagner près de 5m2. Cette surface supplémentaire a changé la donne pour la rénovation de l'appartement de 35m2. Elle a ouvert des possibilités d’aménagement plus généreuses. Dans cette petite surface, une cuisine compacte, un salon accueillant, et une chambre dotée d’un grand dressing ont trouvé naturellement leur place. Le couloir a été également optimisé grâce à un grand placard intégrant un espace buanderie discret.
La cuisine est un élément graphique fort du projet. Les formes arrondies, les luminaires muraux et le cercle peint ont transformé l’espace en un lieu à la présence forte. Loin de se faire oublier, elle est la signature de cet appartement. Des moulures recréées rappellent le passé, tandis que les teintes contemporaines insufflent une énergie actuelle. La chambre, semi-ouverte sur le séjour, se distingue par une seule couleur enveloppante appliquée sur les murs et le plafond. L'ensemble est très sobre par rapport à la pièce de vie. D'autres choix marqués ont été réalisés, comme dans l'entrée avec son carrelage noir et blanc, associé à des murs bleu vif. Photo: Olga Melekestseva.
In this 35m2 flat, designer Svetlana Khabeeva has created a unique, practical and colourful space designed to appeal to discerning tenants. Originally, the flat had many visible flaws, with damaged floors and walls worn down by time. When analysing the plans, the designer discovered a discrepancy between the documents and the existing reality. An unused area, hidden behind lightweight partitions, ultimately made it possible to gain nearly 5m2. This additional space changed the game for the renovation of the 35m2 flat. It opened up more generous design possibilities. Within this small space, a compact kitchen, a cosy living room and a bedroom with a large dressing room naturally found their place. The hallway was also optimised with a large cupboard incorporating a discreet laundry area.
Its kitchen is a strong graphic element of the project. The rounded shapes, wall lights and painted circle have transformed the space into a place with a strong presence. Far from being overlooked, it is the signature feature of this flat. Recreated mouldings recall the past, while contemporary colours infuse it with modern energy. The bedroom, which is semi-open to the living room, stands out thanks to a single enveloping colour applied to the walls and ceiling. The overall effect is very understated compared to the living room. Other bold choices have been made, such as in the entrance hall with its black and white tiling combined with bright blue walls.
