Dans cet appartement de 75m2 pensé pour un couple, l’Art Déco se réinvente avec modernité et caractère. C'est la designer Anastasia Marchenkova, du studio Metamorphose Gallery à Marbella, qui signe ici un intérieur qui fait rimer design avec esprit classique. L'appartement s'articule autour d'une suite parentale et d'un espace de vie compact mais très fonctionnel. Dans un espace relativement restreint, le salon, la salle à manger et l'îlot de cuisine forment un environnement harmonieux. Les rideaux graphiques, le mobilier confortable et les luminaires ponctuent l’espace. Le style Art Déco apparaît par touches, jamais figé dans le passé. Les contrastes réveillent la base neutre et donnent une vraie personnalité. On y retrouve des tissus Pierre Frey, des lampes Porta Romana et des tables de collection du studio espagnol Todomuta.

Dans la chambre, la tête de lit capitonnée impose son motif solaire. La salle de bain mise sur le marbre clair et les lignes nettes. Les vasques posées et le miroir noir structurent la composition. L’art occupe une place centrale dans chaque pièce. Les œuvres dialoguent avec les perspectives et la lumière naturelle. Rien n’est décoratif au hasard, tout a été soigneusement sélectionné et placé. A 75m2 Art Deco apartment with a contemporary twist

In this 75m2 apartment designed for a couple, Art Deco is reinvented with modernity and character. Designer Anastasia Marchenkova, from the Metamorphose Gallery studio in Marbella, has created an interior that combines design with a classic spirit. The apartment is centred around a master bedroom and a compact but highly functional living space. In a relatively small area, the living room, dining room and kitchen island form a harmonious environment. Graphic curtains, comfortable furniture and lighting fixtures punctuate the space. Art Deco touches appear throughout, never stuck in the past. Contrasts enliven the neutral base and give it real personality. The apartment features Pierre Frey fabrics, Porta Romana lamps and collectible tables from the Spanish studio Todomuta.

In the bedroom, the upholstered headboard imposes its solar motif. The bathroom features light marble and clean lines. The countertop basins and black mirror structure the composition. Art occupies a central place in each room. The works interact with the perspectives and natural light. Nothing is decorative by chance; everything has been carefully selected and placed.
