Au Kazakhstan, la designer Aziza Aliyar a transformé un appartement contemporain et familial de 153m2 en un intérieur élégant et fonctionnel
À Astana au Kazakhstan, cet appartement contemporain et familial de 153m2 marque un tournant pour Aziza Aliyar. Après plusieurs années passées auprès de marques prestigieuses entre Dubaï et plusieurs capitales européennes, la designer a mené ici un projet totalement personnel. La cliente, partenaire fidèle depuis longtemps, souhaitait un intérieur organisé comme un hôtel haut de gamme, mais avec l’atmosphère vivante d’une maison familiale. L’appartement bénéficiait d’atouts rares, notamment une hauteur sous plafond de 3,3 mètres et une belle lumière naturelle. La géométrie complexe et plusieurs colonnes structurelles représentaient cependant un défi réel pour organiser les volumes. La designer a donc structuré le plan en deux zones distinctes. L’espace principal rassemble la cuisine et le séjour dans un ensemble convivial. L’aile plus calme accueille les chambres des enfants ainsi que la suite parentale.
L’identité visuelle du projet est née d’un détail inattendu découvert lors d’un salon milanais. Un coussin décoratif au motif zébré a inspiré toute la palette décorative. Des accents noirs graphiques apparaissent sur une base de beiges chaleureux. Pour enrichir l’ensemble, des textures de bois profond et de lin naturel ont été introduites dans plusieurs pièces. Le coin télévision illustre bien cette attention portée aux matières. Le panneau central a été recouvert de lin directement sur place, grâce à un travail manuel précis. Cette solution apporte relief et douceur au mur principal du salon. Grâce à ses contacts avec plusieurs fabricants italiens, Aziza Aliyar a aussi sélectionné un mobilier européen élégant tout en restant attentive au budget. This contemporary, family-friendly 153m2 apartment in Astana, Kazakhstan, marks a turning point for Aziza Aliyar. After several years working with prestigious brands in Dubai and several European capitals, the designer has undertaken a completely personal project here. The client, a long-standing partner, wanted an interior organised like a high-end hotel, but with the lively atmosphere of a family home. The flat had some rare assets, including 3.3-metre-high ceilings and beautiful natural light. However, the complex geometry and several structural columns presented a real challenge in terms of organising the space. The designer therefore structured the plan into two distinct areas. The main space brings together the kitchen and living room in a convivial ensemble. Its quieter zone houses the children's bedrooms and the master suite.
The visual identity of the project was born from an unexpected detail discovered at a Milanese trade fair. A decorative cushion with a zebra pattern inspired the entire decorative palette. Graphic black accents appear on a warm beige base. To enrich the ensemble, deep wood and natural linen textures have been introduced in several rooms. The television corner is a good example of this attention to materials. The central panel was covered with linen directly on site, thanks to precise manual work. This solution brings relief and softness to the main wall of the living room. Thanks to her contacts with several Italian manufacturers, Aziza Aliyar also selected elegant European furniture while remaining mindful of the budget.
