Dans cet appartement de 121m2, la décoration ne cherche pas l’effet spectaculaire. Elle est faite plutôt de choix équilibrés et raffinés. Dans une résidence prestigieuse, cet appartement élégant et classique a été pris en charge par la designer Anastasia Marchenkova de la gallerie Metamorphose. L’ensemble repose sur un dialogue délicat entre classicisme contemporain et esprit Art déco. Tout repose sur les proportions, les lignes et les matières choisies. Le velours et la soie rencontrent le métal froid et la pierre. Des touches de vert turquoise réveillent doucement une palette gris doré. La lumière diffuse enveloppe l’espace et magnifie les volumes. Le salon s’organise comme une scène où chaque élément joue son rôle. Un lustre inspiré des projecteurs de théâtre attire naturellement le regard. La salle à manger devient alors un point central où l'échange est roi.

L’une des chambres change volontairement d’atmosphère et adopte une palette noir et blanc. Cette rupture crée un moment de pause visuelle. Les tables de chevet rappellent une mosaïque et se marient à  des textiles aux veines marbrées. L’art occupe également une place importante dans ce projet décoratif. L’œuvre miroir de John Franzen anime le salon et reflète la lumière douce. Dans le couloir, une peinture de Christian Hevin annonce subtilement l’univers intérieur. An elegant and classic apartment with a modernised Art Deco feel

In this 121m2 apartment, the décor does not seek to create a spectacular effect. Instead, it is based on balanced and refined choices. Located in a prestigious residence, this elegant and classic apartment was designed by Anastasia Marchenkova from the Metamorphose gallery. The overall effect is based on a delicate dialogue between contemporary classicism and Art Deco style. Everything hinges on the proportions, lines and materials chosen. Velvet and silk meet cold metal and stone. Touches of turquoise green gently enliven a golden grey palette. Diffused light envelops the space and magnifies the volumes. The living room is organised like a stage where each element plays its part. A chandelier inspired by theatre spotlights naturally attracts the eye. The dining room then becomes a central point where conversation reigns supreme.

One of the bedrooms deliberately changes the atmosphere and adopts a black and white palette. This break creates a moment of visual respite. The bedside tables are reminiscent of a mosaic and blend in with marbled textiles. Art also plays an important role in this decorative project. John Franzen's mirrored artwork enlivens the living room and reflects the soft light. In the hallway, a painting by Christian Hevin subtly hints at the interior design.
