33m2 seulement… et pourtant une vraie chambre grâce à une bonne idée !

Dans ce petit appartement de 33m2, la couleur bleue donne une atmosphère paisible. La designer Shushanik Sarkisyan y a créé un pied-à-terre urbain compact, lumineux et bien organisé. La propriétaire vit en banlieue et vient parfois dormir ici après une journée tardive dans le centre-ville. L’objectif consistait à installer un séjour, une cuisine compacte en alcôve et une vraie chambre. Le tout devait tenir dans seulement cette petite surface. Livré brut par le promoteur, l'appartement était un espace totalement vide, sans cloison. Les grandes baies vitrées offraient pourtant une base idéale pour organiser l’espace. La designer a donc tout planifié pour exploiter chaque espace disponible. Des murs ont été créé dont une cloison vitrée derrière laquelle s'est installée la chambre.
Cette paroi transparente permet de conserver la lumière et d'augmenter la sensation d’espace. Des rideaux coulissants permettent aussi de fermer la chambre lorsque la nuit arrive. La palette repose sur un bleu profond choisi pour créer un contraste marqué avec les murs en majorité blancs.Le plafond de la chambre a même adopté cette teinte enveloppante. Le mobilier compact répond aux contraintes d’un petit appartement. La salle de bain, petite également, est équipée d'une douche étonnamment généreuse. In this small 33m2 flat, the colour blue creates a peaceful atmosphere. Designer Shushanik Sarkisyan has created a compact, bright and well-organised urban pied-à-terre. The owner lives in the suburbs and sometimes comes here to sleep after a late night in the city centre. The aim was to install a living room, a compact kitchen and a real bedroom. Everything had to fit into this small space. Delivered unfinished by the developer, the flat was a completely empty space with no partitions. However, the large bay windows provided an ideal basis for organising the space. The designer therefore planned everything to make the most of every available space. Walls were created, including a glass partition behind which the bedroom was installed.
This transparent wall allows light to be retained and increases the feeling of space. Sliding curtains also allow the bedroom to be closed off when night falls. The colour scheme is based on a deep blue chosen to create a striking contrast with the predominantly white walls. Even the bedroom ceiling has adopted this enveloping shade. The compact furniture meets the constraints of a small flat. The bathroom, which is also small, is equipped with a surprisingly generous shower.
